Our Travel Protection Plan, designed for Monograms, is your ticket to worry-free travel. Now you can protect your travel investment at a very affordable group rate -- take the peace of mind with you when you travel.

Plus, for those who purchase the Monograms Travel Protection Plan, we provide the option to also purchase our Travel Protection Plus Plan. This additional benefit* (if purchased) allows you to cancel your vacation up to 24 hours (or the prior business day, whichever is farther out) before your scheduled departure for any reason not covered by the Travel Protection Plan provisions. Under this Travel Protection Plus Plan Benefit, you will be reimbursed the cancellation penalty amount in travel certificates, minus the insurance premium. Independently arranged air is not covered.

Any benefit payable under this Travel Protection Plus Plan will be reduced by the amount of any cancellation benefits paid or payable by the Monograms Travel Protection Plan or any other insurance plan providing trip cancellation benefits.

*The Travel Protection Plus Plan is provided by Monograms and is not an insurance benefit and must be purchased with your initial payment for your Trip.

This plan is available regardless of your age. Pre-Existing medical conditions are covered if your premium for the coverage is received by Monograms with the initial deposit / payment for your Trip (provided you are not already disabled from travel when you pay your premium.

Below is a brief listing of the plan benefits.

If you are like a lot of people these days, you don't just look forward to your vacations, you need them. A vacation is your opportunity to rest, relax, and recharge your batteries. Or to catch up with friends and family. Unfortunately, many things happen that might cause you to cancel your travel plans or cut them short. Illness or injury. The death of a family member. The worst part is, without adequate protection, you can lose your vacation and your money, as well. The Monograms Travel Protection Plan protects your travel investment if your trip is canceled or interrupted for a covered reason such as injury, illness or death of you, an immediate family member, or a traveling companion or business partner.

If you must interrupt your trip or return home early for a covered reason, the plan will pay (up to the original cost of your trip) for your unused land or cruise arrangements, less any refund paid or payable, plus the additional air expense to return home or rejoin your trip.

The Monograms Travel Protection Plan will also pay the additional cost for a change in the per person occupancy rate if a traveling companion’s trip is canceled and your trip continues.

You’ll be reimbursed up to $100 per day (to a maximum of $1,000 total) for meals and accommodations if your trip is delayed for more than 12 hours for a covered reason.
