Most state insurance regulations
require persons to be licensed in their home state in order to offer,
solicit or sell travel insurance. We provide state specific instructions
to facilitate this process for you if you currently do not have a license.
Obtaining and maintaining your license is important, as states may
impose significant fines or penalties for violation of the license
regulations.
Insurance licenses are not required
in the following states: Alabama; Iowa; Wisconsin; or
in the District of Columbia.
