we receive with your claim submission.
The Vantage Deluxe World Travel Protection Plan protects you in several ways. If your flight is canceled due to
inclement weather, mechanical breakdown of the aircraft on which you are scheduled to travel or organized labor strikes that affect public transportation (provided the strike occurs after you have paid for the Plan) you can:
- take a later flight and you will be reimbursed up to $150 per day to a maximum of $750 for the cost of any unused land or water travel arrangements. Click here for complete details of this benefit;
- You will also be reimbursed up to $150 per day to a maximum of $750 for any additional accommodation and travel expense if you incur a delay of 12 hours or more for a covered reason during your Trip. Click here for complete details of this benefit.
Medical conditions for which there is
treatment; or a recommendation for treatment, diagnostic test or exam;
or for which drugs or medicine are prescribed during the 60 day period
prior to your effective date are Pre-Existing Conditions. The plan
excludes your Pre-Existing Conditions and those of a Traveling Companion
or an Immediate Family Member traveling with you.
Exception: Medical
conditions that are treated or controlled solely with medication and
remain treated or controlled without an adjustment or a change in medication
during the 60 day period prior to your effective date are not considered
to be Pre-Existing Conditions.

IMPORTANT! - The plan exclusion
for Pre-Existing Conditions will be waived if:
- the plan payment for the coverage is received by Vantage Deluxe World Travel within 14 days of the date of your initial invoice for your Trip; and
- you are not disabled from travel when you pay
for the Plan.
Fortunately, passports and visas can
often be replaced in a very short period of time. Sometimes as
quickly as 24 hours. There are a number of passport service agencies
who can provide this expedited service for you.

If while on your Trip, your flight is canceled or your
hotel or resort is damaged or closed due to bad weather (including hurricanes or other natural disasters) and the airline, hotel or resort cancels your arrangements (and cannot
provide you with comparable arrangements or accommodations elsewhere), you will be
covered.
The Vantage Deluxe World Travel Cancel For Any Reason Waiver allows you to cancel your Trip before your scheduled departure date for
ANY REASON. Click for complete details. The Vantage Deluxe World Travel Protection Plan covers all baggage delays of
24 hours or more during your Trip. You will be reimbursed up to $250 per day to a maximum of $500
for personal articles you buy (such as toiletries, a change of clothing,
etc.). Be sure to keep receipts for anything you purchase.
Your delayed or lost baggage will be
tracked for up to one full year, if requested.
The Vantage Deluxe World Travel Protection Plan covers medical expenses resulting
from an illness or injury during your Trip. We even cover medical expenses
for up to 1 year after your injury or illness. If you must be medically
evacuated to another facility or home, these costs are covered as well.

legal emergencies during your Trip.
