When you pay for the Worry Free Vacations Travel
Protection Plan within 7 days of your initial deposit for your trip,
the Pre-Existing Conditions exclusion will be waived, provided you
are not disabled from travel at the time your payment is received,
and the plan provides coverage for a Terrorist Act, as defined.
You are also eligible for the Worry-Free Cancel
For Any Reason Waiver Benefit when you purchase the plan within 7
days of your initial deposit for your trip.

The Worry-Free Vacations Travel Protection Plan protects
you in several ways. If your flight is canceled due to inclement weather,
mechanical breakdown, or an organized labor strike (provided the strike
occurs after you pay your premium) you can:
- take a later flight, and you will be reimbursed
up to a maximum limit of $500 for the
cost of any unused land or water travel arrangements;

- you will be reimbursed up to $100 per
day to a maximum of $500 for additional accommodation and travel
expense if your trip is delayed for 12 hours or more for a covered

Medical conditions for which there is
treatment; or a recommendation for treatment, diagnostic test or exam;
or for which drugs or medicine are prescribed during the 60 day period
prior to your effective date are Pre-Existing Conditions. The policy
excludes your Pre-Existing Conditions and those of a Traveling Companion
or an Immediate Family Member traveling with you.
Exception: Medical
conditions that are treated or controlled solely with medication and
remain treated or controlled without an adjustment or a change in medication
during the 60 day period prior to your effective date are not considered
to be Pre-Existing Conditions.

IMPORTANT! - The policy exclusion
for Pre-Existing Conditions will be waived if:
- the premium for the coverage is received by Worry-Free within 7 days of the initial deposit / payment
for the Trip; and
- you are not disabled from travel when you pay
your premium.
The Worry-Free Vacations Travel Protection Plan
does
provide a benefit if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due
to terrorist acts in your departure city or in a city
which is a scheduled destination for your trip.To be covered, the
terrorist acts must occur within 30 days of the scheduled departure
date for the trip.

Fortunately, passports and visas can
often be replaced in a very short period of time. Sometimes as
quickly as 24 hours. There are a number of passport service agencies
who can provide this expedited service for you.

If while on your Trip, your flight is canceled or your
hotel or resort is damaged or closed due to bad weather (including hurricanes or other natural disasters) and the airline, hotel or resort cancels your arrangements (and cannot
provide you with comparable arrangements or accommodations elsewhere), you will be
covered.
Hurricane Guarantee Plan
The Hurricane Guarantee Plan automatically protects
all customers and refunds the cost of your arrangements booked by MLT,
Inc., less $50 per person service fee, if the scheduled destination
is under a hurricane watch or warning, as declared by the National
Hurricane Center (NHC). Under this plan, a client can cancel his or
her vacation up to the moment of departure and receive a full refund
(less the $50 per person service fee). BONUS – If a client has
purchased the Travel Protection Plan: 1) the $50 per person service
fee will not be assessed; 2) the refund under the Hurricane Guarantee
Plan will include the cost of the Travel Protection Plan; and 3) the
gift card will be valid for re-booking for up to one year from date
of issue (without purchase of Travel Protection Plan, the gift card
is valid for re-booking up to 60 days from date of issue).
- Form of Refund: A Gift
Card refund (including the cost of Travel Protection Plan if purchased),
valid for bookings made within 60 days (one year if Travel Protection
Plan is purchased) for travel anytime.
The Hurricane Guarantee Plan benefit is provided
by MLT, Inc. and is not an insurance benefit.
Remember, if you purchase the Travel Protection Plan within seven (7) days of your initial deposit for your trip, you also receive the Worry-Free Vacations Pre-Departure Cancellation Waiver that allows you to cancel your Worry-Free Vacations travel arrangements 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure for
ANY REASON.

The Worry-Free Vacations Travel Protection Plan covers all baggage delays of
24 hours or more during your Trip. You will be reimbursed up to $250
for personal articles you buy (such as toiletries, a change of clothing,
etc.). Be sure to keep receipts for anything you purchase.
Your delayed or lost baggage will be
tracked for up to one full year, if requested.
The policy covers medical expenses resulting
from an illness or injury during your Trip. We even cover medical expenses
for up to 1 year after your injury or illness. If you must be medically
evacuated to another facility or home, these costs are covered as well.

Frequent flyer miles are not covered
if you must cancel or interrupt your Trip. If you cancel your Trip
for a covered reason, you will only be reimbursed the money actually
