The Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion is waived provided
you meet the following requirements: 1) the premium for the coverage is received within 30 days of March 1st, if the acceptance letter from Academic Study Associates, Inc. is dated prior to March 1st, or if the acceptance letter is dated March 1st or later, within 30 days of the date of the acceptance letter; and 2) you are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium.

If your Trip is Canceled or Interrupted, Your Program Investment is Protected
Unfortunately, many
things happen that might cause you to cancel your travel plans or cut
them short. Illness or injury. The death of a family member. The worst
part is, without adequate protection, you can lose your Program
investment. The Academic Study Associates, Inc. Travel Protection Plan protects your Program investment if your trip is canceled or interrupted for a covered
reason such as injury, illness or death of you, an immediate family member,
or a traveling companion or business partner, or due to a Terrorist Act.
If you must interrupt
your trip or return home early for a covered reason, the plan will
pay (up to the original cost of your trip) for your unused land or
water travel arrangements, less any refund paid or payable, plus
the additional air expense to return home or rejoin your trip.

You’ll be reimbursed up to $100 per day
for meals and accommodations (to a maximum of $500 total) if your trip
is delayed for more than 12 hours for a covered reason.
Baggage Lost or Damaged? You're Protected!
It’s a traveler’s nightmare. You
arrive at your destination, but your baggage has disappeared. Or has
