This plan is no longer available for purchase after December 17, 2020. If you purchased a plan through Vantage Deluxe World Travel after December 17, 2020, please contact Vantage Deluxe World Travel.

This plan is not available for residents of Quebec.

If it is determined that a person is not eligible for coverage as detailed above, any claim for benefits will be denied and premium will be refunded.
