Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion Waiver
The Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion is waived if payment for this plan is received by CIE Tours within 7 days of Your initial deposit/payment for Your Trip.

Please Note: This policy may not be purchased after You have made final payment for Your Trip.

Cancel For Any Reason Waiver
When You purchase this Travel Protection Plan at the time of the initial deposit/payment for Your Trip, You also qualify for the CIE Tours Cancellation Waiver Benefit that allows You to cancel Your CIE Tours Travel Arrangements up to 3 days before Your scheduled departure for any reason.

Under this benefit, CIE Tours will refund the amount of Your cancellation penalty in CIE Tours travel certificates, with the balance of the refund made in cash or by credit card.

The travel certificates are non-refundable, valid for 12 months from date of issue (but no later than 15 months from the date Your trip was canceled) and may not be redeemed for cash. Any benefit payable under this Cancellation Waiver will be reduced by the amount of any cancellation benefits paid or payable by the CIE Tours Travel Protection Plan or any other insurance plan providing Trip Cancellation benefits.

This Cancellation Waiver Benefit does not cover the single room supplement charge that is applicable if one person cancels from a twin room, which then becomes a single room. CIE Tours requires written notice of cancellation during normal business hours. This benefit covers only those Travel Arrangements purchased from CIE Tours.

This Cancellation Waiver Benefit is provided by CIE Tours and is not an insurance benefit underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company.
