Our representatives are always respectful of the customer’s needs and concerns and employ the highest ethical standards while handling each situation.
For the utmost in convenience, travelers may report claims and review their claim status of previously reported claims online, if they choose to do so. Online reporting provides our customers with greater flexibility in submitting their claim and obtaining the appropriate claim forms.
