Travel Industry Protection Plan
Trip Mate offers our “Partners Travel Protection Plan” specifically designed for travel industry employees (and family or friends traveling with them). The Partners Plan is available on a per trip basis for trips up to 30 days in length.
The base plan includes benefits for Post-Departure Trip Interruption, Travel Delay, Medical Expense/Emergency Assistance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Baggage and Baggage Delay. As an option, coverage can be elected for return air expense in the event of Post-Departure Trip Interruption. Some of the key features of the plan include a provision to waive the Pre-Existing Conditions clause, coverage for Terrorist Acts and Financial Insolvency.
